THREE HAPPY NEW HOME OWNERS
What a great fortnight for TILLEY PROPERTY clients, with three of our buyers now happy home owners. Each had a very different brief and tight budgets that had little wiggle room. Our first, a family of five planning a tree change to regional NSW: TILLEY PROPERTY helped them secure their dream home, close to the main street, in a town an easy drive to Sydney.
Secondly, this buyer wanted a property they could renovate, or add value to. What did we find? A double block, north of Sydney, with a house to renovate and a title to lift. And finally, this week, a nervous first home buyer after a unit in a great area. The result? A harbour-view 2 bedroom apartment, in a fabulous neighbourhood.
Yes, I'm a buyer's agent and this is my job, but I never underestimate what a big decision buying property is - whether it's your first home or your fifth investment. ARE YOU EXHAUSTED?
One of the few markets to be benefitting from the current national and international Covid19 situation, is the local property market. Each Monday morning, mainstream media trumpets the record-breaking auction numbers, sky-high prices and unprecedented crowds at auctions and open homes. In the last few months, I have attended open homes with queues around the block, bid at auctions with hundreds of attendees and witnessed properties that have sold even before the first open inspection.
