He can also co-ordinate any tasks that need completing at your property before advertising, such as gardening, painting, flooring and some repairs.
It can be just as daunting to sell a property as it can be to purchase, and David's goal is to assist you at every point including negotiating agent fees and working through any offers you receive. During a recent project, David was able to assist the vendor in a spectacular transformation that saw a sales result over $1m more than the previous suburb record price. Once the sale has occurred there is still work to be done, such as property maintenance and final inspections, all of which David can assist with through to settlement.
